| The Timothy Initiative is the newly founded early adulthood mentoring program developed for the youth of The Community. It is based on the principles of leadership, impartation, shepherding, mentoring, personal connectivity, and generational continuance. Its purpose is to build a strong foundation in the hearts and minds of our preteen and teenage children that will shore them up as they make entry into the world of adulthood, as well as providing a sence of personal identity within the broader world of The Community. This is to be done through one on one sessions to be held the second Sunday of every month. The Executive Leader and young men's coordinator of the Timothy Initiative is Tyrel Denison. The young women's division, also known as the Deborah Advance, is coordinated by Sierra Smith. |
